The AEuCC Assembly in Portugal in homage to the foundation of the AptCC Association
On the occasion of the foundation of the Portuguese Association of the Cities of Ceramics (AptCC), the Assembly of the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation “Cities of Ceramics” (AEuCC) was held on April 16th, 2018, with the presence of delegates from Italy, Spain, Romania, Germany and Portugal. European Cities of Ceramics: the new Portguese Association is officially born
On April 16th and 17th, 2018, important meetings were held at the National Palace of Mafra, in Portugal, which involved the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation “Cities of Ceramics”.
After a long and delicate work of promotion and technical preparation, which lasted over two years, the foundation ceremony and the signing of the Statute of the Portuguese Association of Cities of Ceramics (AptCC) took place, with the participation of the 14 Portuguese Cities of Ceramics and the presence of an important delegation of Italian, Spanish, Romanian and German cities of ceramics. Cerasmus+ Project: a European Network for Innovation in the Ceramic Art and Craft sector
The continuous and important work of AEuCC – European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation “Cities of Ceramics” recently led to the approval of the European Project Cerasmus+.

The project is developed within the key action 2 – strategic partnerships (which doesn’t promote in a first phase an exchange of students, but develops direct contacts between teachers and educational methods designers), fostering the improvement, optimization, innovation and internationalization of educational models and curricula.
